Tips
Strength range recommended from 0.7 to 1.4 for V1, 0.8 to 1 for V2 and V4 variants, but feel free to experiment.
For more cartoonish/anime style, add 'source_cartoon' or 'source_anime' in positive prompts and exclude '3d, cgi, realistic, photo' in negative prompts.
For more realistic style, reverse the positive and negative prompts from the cartoonish setup.
Adding style LoRas like RainFallv2 or tPonynai3_v6 can improve stability when using V4 with base PonyXL.
Use trigger words such as 'arm0rpunk', 'arm0rpunkv4', or 'cyb3rh0rr0r' for stronger effects.
Version Highlights
V4 has a completely new dataset and a couple of concepts built in it also does better backgrounds as opposed to V3. In my testings it doesn't play well with base PonyXL on it's own I recommend adding a style lora to make it more stable. I personally recommend RainFallv2 or tPonynai3_v6
Usage:
Trigger word: arm0rpunkv4
Strength: 0.8-1 I personally just leave it at 1 but feel free to experiment
Here are some new concepts included in the model:
-mechanical helmet-helmet that doesn't cover the face, can be used with mechanical mask to cover the entire head.
-mechanical mask-mask that covers the face but not the head, can be used with mechanical helmet to cover the entire head.
-mechanical teeth-does what it says basically gives large fangs that are usually metal to the character
-mechanical jaw-mechanical jaw with bottom metal teeth
-mechanical arms
-mechanical hands
-mechanical armor-is supposed to add futuristic armor to the character, if you want more bulky armor maybe add gauntlets or mecha with a low strength.
-mechanical torso-makes the navel area up to the breasts mechanical, pair it with mechanical spine for an interesting effect.
-mechanical spine-adds a mechanical spine to the character usually also a mechanical neck
-mechanical legs
-mechanical feet
-mechanical eye
-mecha legs-a more bulky version of mechanical legs, more bipedal like
-cables attached to body-cables attached usually to the back of a character's head or neck
-mechanical shoes-try it makes some interesting footwear, you can also add high heels for a different style or sneakers instead.

ILLUSTRIOUS
This is my first ILXL LoRa I did a lot of research and I think this will be my main model to make LoRas for the foreseeable future, it's better in almost every way to PonyXL especially the prompt adherence.
I tweaked all the images in the dataset from V4 and refined them fixed a couple errors and imperfections and added various color gradings to make it more varied. It still knows all the concepts from V4 just better. As always have fun generating!

V3
This version has a completely new dataset with over 300 images. It can do realism as well as cartoon/anime style
For a more cartoonish/anime look add: source_cartoon, source_anime in the positive prompt,
And add this in the negative prompt: 3d, cgi, realistic, photo,
For a more realistic look just switch the above prompts.
V2
This version is more versatile and overall more detailed. It can do better backgrounds now.
Trigger word is: arm0rpunk
I use strength 0.8-1 but feel free to experiment, let me know if it's good.
I recommend using r_ain's model: https://civitai.com/models/464387/rainponyxl
V1
This lora is great at making characters like robots, cyborgs, androids, and armor. It's not that good at doing backgrounds but you can give it a try.
Usage
main prompt: you don't really need it but if you want a stronger effect add: cyb3rh0rr0r
for negative add: 3d, cgi, realistic,
Recommended weight: 0.7-1.4 but feel free to experiment.
As always have fun generating.
